Force est de constater que si mes objectif 2008 n'était pas gagner d'avance... ceux de 2009 le sont encore moins :)

En effet les conditions d'inscriptions plus sévère et le nombre de course en augmentation en France auront réguler naturellement les inscrit à l'UTMB...

En gros : je suis inscrit... y'a plus qu'à s'entrainer sérieusement... 166km et 9600D+/- au programme ça s'improvise pas.

Balade dans les hauts de Lausanne

J'ai retenu la leçon de lundi : les chemins en forêt sont impraticable, ça ne sert à rien d'y aller :)
Ce sera donc du bitume en attendant des jours meilleurs :)

Ce midi il fait vraiment froid... mais bon on est en hiver en même temps.
Je me prépare un parcours afin d'atteindre les 10km et 200D+/- prévu pour aujourd'hui.

Je pars donc du boulot direction Morens... 4 kilomètres de montée ça mets en jambes et du coup j'ai rapidement plus du tout froid :)
Arrivé à Morens une succession de petite montée/descente jusque Bretigny puis une descente sur Cugy.
Je me sens bien, les jambes sont là, mieux que lundi... seul une légère sensation désagréable au genoux droit me chagrine.
Bizarrement, alors que je déteste courir sur bitume, là je me fais plaisir : je passe dans des petit village bien sympa et la météo que je trouvais très très froide en mettant le nez dehors me conviens parfaitement maintenant.

S'en suit une descente sur Biolettes ou je vais pas mal devoir courir sur des tout petit chemin... verglacé. Puis une courte mais sévère remontée dans la forêt de Vernand... et retour au point de départ.

Au final une très bonne sortie avec de très bonne sensations.
En chiffre ça donne 12.2km pour 206D+/- avec une vitesse moyenne de 11km/h... le tout en endurance :) On dirait que l'entrainement cross de ce début d'hiver porte ses fruits :)
