Ce week-end Audrey travail. On a donc prévu avec mon frêre de se faire une grosse sortie : enchainer 2 rando de 1000 D+...
Petit problème, ma fille à de la fièvre, et ne peux donc pas être garder par sa marraine... bref à défaut d'une meilleure solution on décide de ne faire qu'une seule des 2 rando et d'être rentrer pour 11h30... heure à laquelle ma femme va devoir partir travailler...

On pars donc à 7h à la frontale, il fait encore nuit.
Nico pars devant et attaque fort d'entrée de jeux... 8-900m/h de moyenne... je sens qu'on va pas tenir ce rythme bien longtemps :)

Le lever du soleil arrive, c'est magnifique

On continu et le rythme est maintenant régler :) 6-700 m/h
Il fait frais, mais au final on à relativement chaud, tout va bien.

Sur la montée on croise des chamois qui se promène dès le lever du soleil... comme nous :)

En arrivant au chalet de Darbon la neige devient plus présente... et la montée plus sévère.
On arrive finalement en haut sous un soleil éclatant.

On s'active pour redescendre et être à l'heure...
Au final, cette randonnée de 1000D+/- et de 12km nous aura pris 2h50 (6h30 annoncé :)) et on arrive même à la maison avec 10 mn d'avance :)

Ce midi je retourne dans la forêt pour mon ex-habituel tour...
Pour 'contrer' la neige et surtout la glace, j'ai acheté à Decathlon les fameuses YakTrax :



Je vais donc les tester... avec mes nouvelles chaussures Asics Trabucco 11.. bref entrainement + test ce midi :)

Le tour c'est bien passer, les YakTrax répondent parfaitement à ce que j'en attendait : même en descente sur un miroir de glace à 14km/h ça tiens à merveille... faut juste faire attention, sur terrain 'cabossé' elles ont tendance à se déplacer et donc à moins accrocher... mais sinon c'est top.

Le but aujourd'hui était juste de faire une sortie tranquille... et au final j'ai la bonne surprise de voir que tout en étant très facile tout le long, j'ai fais le même temps que mon meilleur temps actuel sur ce parcours... alors que j'y suis allé en mode 'cool'.
Mon ancien record datait du 6 novembre... avant l'entrainement typé cross... décidément je regrette vraiment pas d'en avoir 'ch***' pendant 2 mois avec ce programme cross.

Fin de cette semaine de reprise donc... et à partir de lundi j'attaque le 'vrai' entrainement, avec des semaines à 4 sorties (VMA+endu+seuil+PPG)

Je me suis amusé à rentrer mes courses et résultats 2008 sur softrun un estimateur de performances.

Force est de constater que si mes objectif 2008 n'était pas gagner d'avance... ceux de 2009 le sont encore moins :)

Limite horaire : 9h

Bref... certain sont limite (vulcain et merrell J3) et d'autres carrément perdu d'avance (montagn'hard et utmb)... enfin selon softrun :)
J'ai encore 1 an pour m'entrainer et si tout était gagner d'avance ce serait pas drôle :)
