Ce dimanche j'ai toute la journée. Audrey bosse et Camille est au ski avec ses grands parents.
J'en profites pour proposer une sortie rando à Nath, Steph, Nico et Jerôme.

Direction le lac des Plagnes pour monter dans un premier temps au la pointe d'Ardens.



Tout se passe bien jusqu'au chalets d'Ardens où on s'arrête pour la première fois pour boire un coup.

On continue en faisant la trace (Jerôme et Steph). Moi je vais à mon rythme, je sais qu'on a prévu une deuxième montée, alors autant ne pas me griller trop vite. Nico semble déjà bien cuit.



On arrive au sommet, pour l'instant tout va bien pour moi. La météo du jour est assez top, même si au final on aura pas mal été à l'ombre.



On dépeaute pour redescendre. La neige est assez top, bien poudreuse et légère.
Je m'en sort pas trop mal dans cette descente... enfin mieux que d'habitude on va dire :)

Arriver en bas, on repeaute pour le deuxième sommet du jour : la pointe des Lanches.

On commence par suivre les trace qui mène au refuge des Tinderets.
Puis commence la longue montée à la pointe où Jerôme fait intégralent la trace... c'est long, assez raide par moment, et bien usant... j'magines même pas en faisant la trace :)
Au milieu, je sens une vive douleur au tendon d'Achille gauche... douleur que je ne connais que trop bien, ça sent pas bon le retour de la tendinite de l'an passé...
Pour l'heure pas le choix, on peux pas vraiment faire demi-tour alors je serre les dents et on continu.

Le sommet est proche, mais ça commence vraiment à être dur.
Au sommet, pas mal de vent donc on ne s'attarde pas trop.
On depeaute et attaquons la descente.
Dans cette descente, la fatigue aidante, je me prends 2-3 belle boîte, notement pendant notre partie de bobsleigh avec Steph et Nico :)

Au final une bonne sortie de 1350D+ en 5h30... heureusement que je vais plus vite en trail :)

Pour le tendon d'Achille : impossible de marcher hier soir, donc glaçage, talonnette et strap...
Ce matin ça tiraille un peu, mais ça va mieux.

Ce qui est sûr c'est que cette semaine je risque de ne pas reprendre les séances tout de suite... ça commence bien le plan Glaisins...
