Ce midi, je suis allé faire une séance d'endurance dans la forêt de Crissier.A peine sorti du parcours Vita 'officiel', les sentiers/chemin était recouvert de neige... juste pas assez pour me tremper les pieds heureusement.
Bonne séance, c'était super beau de voir cette forêt recouverte de neige... seul problème, je me suis planté sur le retour et j'ai 'tronqué' le parcours de 2km... pas grave.
Résultat : 8km en 51mn avec 175m e D+/-

23-03-08 - Rando Raquette
En ce week-end de pacques, on pars avec Nat, Flo, Raynald, Hervé et Anne-So pour une petite nuit au refuge de Ubine... départ dépuis Vacheresse.La météo est capricieuse, pas mal de neige, mais c'est pas grave, on y va.
On pars tous ensemble, sans trainé... la nuit ne devrais pas tardé à tomber... on est parti tard.
Je me sens super en forme du coup je prends mon rythme et me retrouve seul.
Je monte à un bon rythme et arrive au refuge vers 18h30 après 1h30 de montée... je vois la nuit arrivé et mes compagnons toujours hors de vue... je décide de poser mon sac au refuge et de faire demi-tour pour aller à leur rencontre et soulager ma miss de son sac à doc.
20 minutes de descente plus tard, je retrouve ma miss et raynald et on remonte au refuge.
Arrivé au refuge, Nat et Flo arrive à leur tour peu de temps après puis Anne-So et Hervé : tout le monde est au refuge... il fait 4°C à l'intérieur
mais le rhum nous réchauffe vite.Puis s'en suit une fondue, 3 bouteilles de rhum, 5-6 de vin blanc... et dodo
Le lendemain descente directe avec une bonne ligne droite droit dans la pente et dans la poudre : excellent.
