Séance VMA 2x(12x30-30) ce midi.
ça fait 2 semaines que j'ai mal à la voute plantaire du pied droit. C'est une douleur peu contraignante que j'ai surtout le matin au reveil et en début de journée, mais qui s'estomp au fur et à mesure de la journée...
Mais depuis 2-3 séances, les douleurs s'emplifie durant la séance.
Je n'y ai pas prêté interêt jusqu'ici mais ce midi, après une belle première série de 12x30-30, j'avais plus mal que d'habitude.
Puis en attaquant la 2ème série, j'ai préféré arreté : la douleur n'était plus anodine...

2-3 recherche sur le net parle d'aponévrosite plantaire... qui se guérirait avec du kiné et des semelles.
A 10 jours du Verbier Saint Bernard et ses 110km, c'est TOP !!!

Du coup je vais stopper les entrainements jusqu'au Verbier et demander au beau-père (qui est ortho :)) de me refaire une paire de semelle ortho ce soir... en espèrant que ça suffisent et que ça ne m'empêche pas d'aller au Verbier (et de le finir bien sûr)

Trop longtemps que j'avais pas été em***dé par une tendinite ou autre truc du genre... c'était trop beau.

Une sortie qui rassure

Voilà un sacré bout de temps que je n'ai aps fait de sortie 'à la cool' : pas trop longue ni intense.
Ce midi ce sera donc ça au programme :)

Le tour de la forêt habituel, de 10.5km et 200D+ environ.
Le tout fait en 1h01, sans jamais forcer le moin du monde, ça fait du bien, et ça rassures car au final je tiens quand même un peu au dessu des 10km/h

Sortie longue 
18-06-10 - Rando Course
Nouvelle sortie longue ce vendredi avec Nico.
Une fois de plus raccourcie, ce coup-ci à cause dûne météo qui deventait dangereuse.

Un bonne sortie de 5h pour un peu plus de 26km et un peu plus de 2000m de dénivelè positif.

Départ du lac Fontaine où on est partie sur Ubine pour rejoindre la pointe d'Autigny. Pour y aller on a suivi le chemin qu'on prenait souvent avec mon père, mon frére et ma soeur quand on était plus jeune... A l'époque c'était pour trouver des champignons et surtout faire un bon casse-crôute en famille, de très bon souvenir !!!

Ensuite de retour sur nos pas pour attaquer le tour du mont chauffé.
Parcours très sympa où il est souvent possible de trottiner.

On fini le tour en rejoignant le col de pas de la bosse et en redescendant sur Bise.
Nico à mal au genous dans cette descente, il décide de retourner direct à la voiture par le chemin carrossable.

Pour ma part, je tente de finir la boucle prévue initiallement : remontée au col d'Ugeon pour faire les crête jusqu'au col de Bise, passer par la pointe de Benevent et revenir sur Le Bouaz pour enfin aller sur Semy et revenir à la voiture...

Mais à 1900m, je décide de faire demi-tour : visibilité quasi nulle à cause du brouillard, le vent qui se lève et la pluie qui s'invite... ça fait un peu trop pour s'aventurer sur des crêtes...

Retour donc à Bise puis retour à la voiture par le chemin carossable.

Une petite vidéo de la journée (ce coup-ci j'avais regler la caméra trop haute... du coup 9 vidéos sur 10 sont pourries :) mais je vais y arriver un jour :))
