03-09-07 - Entrainement CAP
C'est donc décidé, je commence la CAP avec comme objectif le CCC 2008... c'est pas gagné.
Je cherche sur le net un plan pour réussir à courir 1 heure sans m'arrêter... et sans être 'carboniser' à la fin.

Ce mois de septembre, je vais commencer le 04 par déterminer ma FCMax.
Pour cela direction le stade Olympique de Lausanne.
Je procède selon cette méthode :
* 15 minutes doucement
* 2 minutes de marche
* 5 minutes à 135/140 BPM
* 2 minutes de marche
* 6 fois 100 mètres à bonne allure (sans sprinter) avec 30 seconde de pause entre chaque
* 400 mètres à 145/150 BPM
* 400 mètres à 150/160 BPM
* 400 mètres à fond...
Résultat : 185 BPM... soit... ce sera ma FCMax de référence.

Le reste du mois, je fais 9 sorties en forêt vallonnée en suivant mon plan d'entrainement, ce qui donne :
* 2 fois 6 minutes suivi de 2 fois 5 minutes pour la première séance (pause de 1 minutes entre chaque)
* 15 minutes, puis 3 fois 5 minutes (pause de 1 minutes entre chaque) pour la dernière du mois

Je finis enfin ce mois par un 10 kilomètres autour d'un stade... juste pour voir si j'en suis capable,
Je boucle mes 25 tours de stade en 57:58... je suis content

On est allé jusqu'au refuge Vallot... le sommet ne sera pas pour ce coup-ci, la météo en a décider autrement.
