19-01-10 - Ultra Trail
Le tirage au sort m'à été favorable, je serais donc pour la deuxième année consécutive à l'UTMB !!!Super content d'avoir la possibilité de faire mieux qu'en 2009, où malgrès mon 'titre' de finisher, je n'ai pas vraiment été satisfait de ma course.
Dans le rang des chanceux du tirage au sort :
* [UTMB] Nath et Cédric avec qui j'ai fait la SaintéLyon cette année !!!
* [UTMB] Stéph, le mari (ou presque
) de Nath* [UTMB] Florent avec qui j'étais sur la difficile Merrell
* [CCC] et bien sûr Nico, mon frangin qui se lance dans son premier Ultra... et pas le plus facile
Dans le rang des malchanceux du tirage :
* [UTMB] ArthurBaldur qui avait une revanche à prendre sur 2009
* [UTMB] eric74 qui doit vraiment être très déçu... ça lui tenait à coeur
* [UTMB] BicShow qui après une année 2009 bloqué par une blessure doit encore passé son tour cette année...
Bref, des heureux, des déçus... c'était la règle... elle m'est favorable cette année et c'est tans mieux.
Maintenant place à l'entrainement pour ne pas avoir 'pris' une place pour rien !!!

15-01-10 - Ski Rando
Cet après-midi, direction La Planche avec Nico, Nath et Stéph.L'objectif du jour est de montée à la tête de Charousse.
On monte par le chemin d'été jusqu'au Plan des Fontaines puis on pars sur la droite... première erreur... il fallait continuer sur la gauche.
Résultat on arrive juste en face des chalets de Neuteu... mais entre nous 2 se trouve de beaux rochers.
Pas le choix : on déchausse et montons à pied, les ski à la main.
Ensuite, on contourne le lac par la droite et traçons à gauche de l'antécime (2003m)
... ça monte raid, Nath fait la trace relayé par Steph sur les derniers mètres.
La vue vaut vraiment le déplacement :
Puis on arrive finalement sur la crête à 10mn du sommet.
Il est déjà tard et on décide d'attaquer direct la descente avant que la nuit ne tombe.
Retour par le même chemin jusqu'au chalets de Neuteu... puis deuxième erreur, on loupe le chemin de descente et partons trop à l'est, dans une descente raide touffu d'arbuste. Une bonne grosse galère à franchir.
On arrive 15mn avant le coucher de soleil... faudra éviter de faire 2 fois le même genre d'erreur
Très bonne sortie néanmoins avec une superbe météo et de superbe paysages... dommage qu'on ai 'croquer' la descente
