Ce vendredi j'ai rejoint Nath et Steph chez eux à la Chapelle d'Abondance, au pied de la pointe de Mattes.Ce sera l'objectif du jour.
Bonne sortie malgré une météo assez pourrie. Et j'ai même réussi à prendre bc de plaisir dans la descente... même si ça me flingue encore les quadris
Arriver en bas, il me reste encore 45 mn avant d'aller rechercher ma fille... ni une ni deux, je chausse les XT-Wings et remonte une partie du chemin à la pointe des Mattes à pied ce coup-ci
Au final 1300D+ sur la journée, première fois que je dépasse les 1000 cette année.
J'ai du faire les 5 derniers mètres à pied... pente trop raide, gugus trop lourd, impossible de bloquer les skis

Départ depuis le boulot dans la forêt de Vernand-Dessus direction le Mont.J'ai oublié mes gants et il vente... j'ai les doigts gelés.
Arrivé à grand Mont, je prend le chemin de droite direction Romanel... jamais été vers la-bas, je vais voir si il y a des chemins interressant.

du bitume tout le long, j'arrive même au Stand après avoir fait le tour extérieur de la forêt... bref pas terrible comme parcours, surtout qu'il negeotait et qu'il ventait : je voyais pas grand chose avec les yeux quasiement fermés pour éviter les flocons Stats de la séance

De nouveau ce midi je pars depuis le boulot direction le Mont.ça faisait longtemps qu'il n'avait pas fait beau comme ce midi... ça fait plaisir
Le parcours commence par 1km de bitume parfois recouvert de neige en légère montée.
S'en suit 2km de montée en forêt... complètement sur neige dure ce coup-ci.
Puis 1.7km de bitume à tendance faux plat.
Au sortir de la forêt, je me sens bien, alors je force un peu la cadence... ça fait du bien, je ne l'avais pas fait depuis la SaintéLyon
Je maintient un rythme 'correct' jusqu'au retour départ.
