03-02-10 - Entrainement CAP
C'est reparti pour un cycle d'entrainement sur 9 semaines qui devrait me mener en pleine forme au trail des Glaisins début avril... enfin ça c'est la théorie, on verra ce que donne la pratique plus tard 
Toujours dans la théorie, j'aimerais faire 80kg pour les Glaisins.
Je faisais 79km pour l'UTMB et la Montagn'Hard (mon poids de forme je pense)... je fait aujourd'hui 84.7kg... y'a eu du laisser aller... 2 mois pour corriger le tir
Ce midi c'était donc une séance au seuil de prévu.
3 fois 10 minutes si possible entre 169 et 172 bpm... le tout sans cardio que j'ai oublié
Aujourd'hui la météo est parfaite : pas de vent, pas froid. La neige s'est bien résorbé sur le parcours bien qu'elle soit encore présente saur la totalité... mais en fine couche généralement.
Je commence par 20mn de trottinage pour me chauffer et je pars pour les 10 premières minutes.
Dur dur le début... mais je sais que le plus dur c'est le début
Je fini à 12.3km/h de moyenne sur un tronçon principalement en montée, c'est pas mal. Niveau pulsations, à la main, ça donne 172 à la fin de la portion.
Trottinage 3mn et c'est reparti pour 10mn de vallonée ce coup-ci.
ça passe beaucoup mieux, plus facilement. Au final 12.7km/h et 172 puls.
Re-trottinage 3mn et je fini par une dernière section en descente ce coup-ci, mais sur de la neige limite mirroir casse-gueule
Fin à 12.7km/h et 166 puls.
Une bonne séance de reprise avec une petite torsion de cheville sur la fin... sans conséquence je pense... à voir quand la cheville sera froide.
C'est aussi la première fois que je dépasse les 10km à peid cette année... mais ça devrait pas être la dernière

30-01-10 - Entrainement CAP
Pendant la sieste de mes 2 femmes je suis allé faire un test VMA avec Philou et Nico.Direction le stade, les jambes encore lourde de la sortie de hier et nauséeux depuis 11h du matin... bref pas l'idéal.
La séance se passe pourtant pas trop mal.
Un vent de face sur une des ligne droite du stade aura rendu la tâche un peu plus hardu... mais au final je valide le test à 15.5 km/h
C'est donc cette valeur que j'utiliserai pour mon cycle d'entrainement sur ses 2 prochains mois... en espérant passer à 16 km/h à la fin de celui-ci
Nico valide son test à 14.5 km/h et Philou à 12.5 km/h

29-01-10 - Ski Rando
Ce vendredi j'ai rejoint Nath et Steph chez eux à la Chapelle d'Abondance, au pied de la pointe de Mattes.Ce sera l'objectif du jour.
Bonne sortie malgré une météo assez pourrie. Et j'ai même réussi à prendre bc de plaisir dans la descente... même si ça me flingue encore les quadris
Arriver en bas, il me reste encore 45 mn avant d'aller rechercher ma fille... ni une ni deux, je chausse les XT-Wings et remonte une partie du chemin à la pointe des Mattes à pied ce coup-ci
Au final 1300D+ sur la journée, première fois que je dépasse les 1000 cette année.
J'ai du faire les 5 derniers mètres à pied... pente trop raide, gugus trop lourd, impossible de bloquer les skis
