15-06-10 - Entrainement CAP
Dur dur ce midi... il vente, j'ai pas envi, ça caille et c'est séance Seuil de prévue... l'avantage, c'est que je devrait pas cailler bien longtemps 
Je décide de faire 25' puis 20'.
La séance se passe plutôt bien, avec pour la première fois mes nouvelle XT-Wings 2 au pied : bonne première impression, mais je crois que je préferais mes XT-Wings 1... qui ont rendu l'âme après les Allobroges et 660km parcourus.
Je n'ai aps réussi à battre mon record du 5 mai, mais je n'en suis pas bien loin (à 16 secondes

11-06-10 - Rando Course
On remets le couvert du record du monde du Mont bénand avec Flo (enfin notre record du monde à nous... c'est déjà pas mal )La première fois Flo était arrivé en 1h00m30s et moi en 1h01m30s (Eric était arrivé juste après).
Ce coup-ci Eric n'a pas pu se joindre à nous, mais notre objectif avec Flo est clair : on passe sous l'heure !!!
Départ donc de Lugrin chez Flo ou l'on prend un départ un peu plus rapide que la dernière fois, mais ça reste 'cool'.
On arrive juste avant le champs qui mène à Rosière en 26m45 contre 30m27 la dernière fois... ouchhhh on est parti vite, j'expère qu'on ne va pas le regretter
Juste avant Rosières, on traverse le champs... sauf que ce coup-ci l'herbre nous arrive au dessus des genoux, ça fatigue un peu plus
Puis un première partie de relance avalé à bonne allure : on commence à monter le rythme.
Première grosse montée sêche que l'on passe à 17m/mn de moyenne (contre 20 la dernière fois... mais la dernière fois on avait pris les bâtons... pas ce coup-ci
)Nouvelle relance qu'on taquine encore une fois à bonne allure (env. 14km/h)
Puis ça remonte, et la Flo me dépasse. J'essaye de m'accrocher, mais je suis déjà au taquet toujours à 17m/mn contre 22 la dernière fois... impossible d'aller plus vite, mes pulsations sont déjà très haute. Flo est 15m devant et j'arrive à maintenir cet écart (on dirait pas, mais c'est bc 15m quand on est à fond
)Pourtant sur la fin de la montée je refait un peu mon retard et recolle Flo à 5m environ.
Puis l'ultime relance avant le sommet. Flo accélère comme un furieux, et moi : pas envi de me laisser redistancer alors je le suis... et on avance avec des pic à 17km/h sur du faux plat montant alors que les plusations cardiaques sont déjà au max
C'est vraiment très très dur.On sort enfin de la forêt pour l'ultime petite montée ou j'arrive à recoller et même dépasser Flo (bon OK y'avait moins de 1m d'écart
)On arrive ensemble au sommet : 30'24 pour cette deuxième partie contre 31m10 la dernière fois.
Objectif atteint : 57m10 pour rallier le sommet !!!
Dès l'arrivé au sommet on s'est tout les 2 affalé par terre, incapable de parler
Il ne fallait pas qu'il y ai encore 300m J'ai atteint en fin de montée ma FCMax (je la croyais à 184, et je suis monté à 185).. dur dur...
Retour par le même chemin en footing de récup.

Encore une fois une superbe séance bien ludique... mais bien cassante
D'ailleurs j'ai les jambes très légèrement courbaturé ce matin... ce qui n'arrive normallement jamais après des courtes séances comme cela A refaire

La formule me convenant assez bien, cette semaine, qui suit la sortie longue de vendredi sera 'lourde'.Au programme, une VMA ce midi, un Seuil mercredi, et une endu vendredi. Donc 2 séances qualité la même semaine... classique chez beaucoup de coureur, mais pas encore chez moi
VMA courte donc ce midi, sur mon parcours de référence.
Superbe sensation tout au long de la séance qui me voit battre 2 records : le tour du parcours vita (8'26 contre 8'30 précédement) et la distance effectuée lors des 12 répétitions VMA (40m de plus ce coup-ci
)Le 2 répétitions ont été relativement stable, ce qui confirme ce que j'ai ressenti durant la séance (il ne m'a pas semblé craqué en cours de séance)
Et une comparaison moyenne par rapport à la dernière séance VMA qui montre bien que j'étais en moyenne plus rapide sur les répétitions :
